Arizona Running Camp is held the 3rd week in June every year – this year June 18-23. Early registration ends 4/15/18 and regular registration ends June 1.
This is the only running camp that incorporates mental game training by a certified mental game coach. On the physical side you will be challenged with workouts and learn how to train more effectively (we believe in empowered athletes who understand training). On the mental game side learn techniques to focus – avoid distractions, control anxiety and stress, stay motivated, set SMART TIERED goals, learn the power of “controlling the controllables”, visualization and more.
