Aqua Running is the number one post out pacing other posts 2.5:1 !!!! This and the subsequent posts on the topic of aqua running have generated more comments, emails and requests for more information such that this is the topic of a current project. I’m writing a book on aqua running. If you have used aqua running to augment your training, rehab from injuries or as part of your off season training drop me a line with your story and it may be included in the book. (Fall – 2012)
Running Stairs is number two most popular post. This is on the project docket too! I’m planning a DVD on how you can integrate stair (stadium) training into your workouts and the best ways to make a difference in your running. (Fall – 2012)
Side stitches and cramping must be a real problem since this post is #3 on the popularity list. There is still no magic pill.
Achilles tendon posts – are #4 on the list. The most popular single one is my 6-Step Process for returning to running after Achilles tendon issues.
Curiously #5 on the list is about the best times of day to run. Maybe it’s because there is no answer?
