July 22-25 is the adult running camp… a real getaway. From early Thursday morning until mid-Sunday afternoon it’ll be packed with runs, workouts, learning sessions on how to design your own running schedules and the mental game of sticking with it and staying motivated to do your best.

We stay at Northern Arizona University’s Wilson Hall. We’ll eat on campus and run on trails. 4 glorious days dedicated to you and your running away from taking care of family, cooking meals and balancing schedules. YOUR running deserves a break.
You will learn how to improve everything from your 5k time to your marathon time.
You will learn how to avoid and minimize the risk for injuries.
You’ll experience running @ 7000 feet.
You’ll go home motivated and ready to attack your running goals.
You’ll have the opportunity for follow up with Coach Dean after camp as you implement your renewed approach and commitment to your running goals!
