Thanks to some very creative individuals from my running groups, we’ve developed a constantly growing list of excuses not to get your run in today. The bottomline however, is that there are as many excuses as there are people and situations… limitless. However, you only need ONE overriding reason to go do something. Find your REASON to run and excuses will not hold sway over you.
